Your 3 day itinerary from Fes
Day 1Fes – Middle Atlas – Merzouga Desert – Camel trek and overnight in the Berber tent
Leave Fes for the Middle Atlas and continue through the Ziz Valley towards Merzouga. Arrive for your camel-ride and camp arrangements after a full day on the road.
Day 2Merzouga Desert – Nomad Families – Fossiles – Khamlia – Erg Chebbi
Spend the day around Merzouga, with visits around Khamlia and the desert oases. Discuss any family visit with your driver so that it is welcomed and respectful. Enjoy another evening in the desert area.
Day 3Merzouga Desert and monkey troupes of Azrou – Fes
Leave Merzouga for the return to Fes. Travel through the Atlas region and the cedar-forest area near Azrou, with stops to break up the drive.
